DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – MACROASIA

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient documentation and administrative system within the Project Management Office (PMO). This role supports the PMO in handling records, coordinating with project teams, facilitating communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive, log , and distribute all incoming an d outgoing documents.
  • Maintain effective document control systems (both physical and digital)
  • Ensure documents are properly filed, archived, and easily retrievable.
  • Coordinate weekly monitoring reconciliation with project site Document Controllers for centralized monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Additional training or certification in document control, office management, or secretarial work is an advantage.
  1. Experience
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work, experience in document control, office administration, or secretarial support, preferably in a construction, engineering, or project management setting.
  • Experience in handling physical and digital documentation systems.
  • Familiarity with project close-out documents and construction documentation is a plus.
  1. Technical Competencies (“Know-how”)
  • Proficient in document management softwares (e.g., Procore, Aconex, SharePoint)
  • Can facilitate tranings, workshop, meeting, focus group discussion and orientation.
  • Excellent analytical ability.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and process.
