FINANCE ASSOCIATE

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for Petty Cash Fund, Releasing Site Payroll and Dealing with all bank and financial transaction.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Petty cash custodianship
  • Releasing of Site Payroll
  • Dealing with Local Banks, and about bank and financial transactions.
  • Monitoring, Recording, Checking of Receipts of Reimbursement and Liquidations.
  • Releasing of Petty Cash Liquidation and Reimbursement to Boracay Central.
  • Maintaining and Sorting of Financial Instructions Documents and Files.
  • Processing of Permits, Cash Bonds
  • Responsible for Coordination with HO Finance.
  • Monitoring and Recording Cash Deposits and Withdrawal in a Bank.
  • Monitoring Amount Adjustment vs. Amount Discrepancies

 

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

  •    Bachelor’s Degree in Management Accounting or Business and Finance

2.  Experience

  •    Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in Job Costing, Finance or Accounting.

3. Technical Competencies (“Know-how”)

  • Proficiency in Accounting software and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Cost Analysis, Budget Management, Reconciliation Processes, and charge monitoring.
  • Advance Excel Skills and Data Analysis Capabilities.
