Responsible for creating and implementing of the approved project execution plan, responsible for supervision of all sub-contractors, staffs and admin workers in terms of deployment, task delegation, work sequence and development.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the development of plans and strategies prior to mobilization and execution on site.
Responsible for the daily supervision and monitoring of the execution of the structural, architectural and MEPF operations on the project site in accordance to the approved schedule, sequence and construction methodology.
Responsible for supervision, deployment and delegation of activities of the structural, architectural and MEPF engineers/architects.
Responsible in project cost monitoring and expenses.
Computes accurately the project accomplishment and monitors schedule regularly.
Reports the daily, weekly, & monthly monitoring of site progress, manpower and concerns.
Responsible for the supervision, deployment and delegation of project closeout activities to all staff prior to handover of project.]
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in project management or site supervision in general construction.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction safety protocols and site operations.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
