WAREHOUSE OFFICER – MUNTINLUPA

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring efficient, receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The role involves receiving and inspecting goods, inventory management, maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper storage and enforcing safety protocols.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLE

• Receiving and Inspection: Receive goods, verify quantities against orders, and inspect for damage.
• Inventory Management: Organize and store items in designated locations, maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks & initiate restocking when necessary.
• Safety and Maintenance: Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and report any hazards or damages.
• Monitoring of in and out of materials on site
• Monitoring and submission of weekly remaining materials on site.
• Daily submission of power tools status monitoring to PIC.
• Responsible for the proper stock filling of materials on site.
• Daily walkthrough and checking of materials on site.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education: High School Graduate
2. Experience: 2 years of experience in officer position. Proven experience in warehousing and inventory management.
