Assist in the definition of scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders & perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Delegate tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Track performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and make necessary adjustments & conducts client visits and quality audits on site.
Conducts time and motion studies and implementation of proposed systems upgrades and changes.
Interpret and review drawings e.g., RCP, network plans, mechanical, structural, and architectural plans.
Coordinate with the system design team and technical management group regarding non-compliance issues.
Documents all QA findings, analyses possible root causes, develops a monitoring system, andformulate suggested corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure that checking is done in a timely manner to meet the date of submissions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Field. (Licensed).
Preferably with 10 years’ experience in Cost and Controlling.
Technically Strong in Project cost planning, monitoring, and controlling.
Well versed with Project cost Control techniques and management.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the subject matter and all aspects of the contract (e.g., technical specifications, terms of reference, conditions of contract, remedies etc.) and full Job Type: Full-time.
