MEPF SUPERVISOR – PALAWAN

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing project operation with regards to MEPF works, ensuring that the project will be delivered on schedule on quality and on a budget. MEPF Supervisor is also responsible4 for utilization of all site equipment operation for MEPF works, monitoring of manpower and materials on site.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparation of RFA/RFI prior to execution
• Coordinate to TSG Supervisor and Surveyor for the site lay out.
• Coordinate to Planning Engineer for proper sequence of work and work methodology
• Responsible for estimate of MEPF quantities and coordinate to cost engineer for committed cost.
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting with coordination to safety supervisor for the activity and daily target.
• Responsible for scheduling of equipment for daily basis and inform sub-contractor for their respective schedule.
• Supervise and train MEPF Engineers to improve skills and knowledge in terms of MEPF works.
• Responsible for plan review in coordination to Technical Support Head and MEPF Head.
• Coordinate to Cost Engineer for closeout of tradecon accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Sanitary Engineering (Licensed)
2. Experience: At least 6 years of experience in building construction and knowledge on construction management.
