PROJECT MANAGER – HEAD OFFICE

JOB SUMMARY

includes the overall planning, execution and up to the closing of the project. This role involves in leading the project site team, managing all resources, monitoring the budget and the schedule while adhering strictly to the quality and safety standards of the company and of the client. Also serve as the primary point of contact for all the stakeholders involve in the project, while ensuring effective communication and successful project delivery.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with the Engineering and PMO Department during the Pre-Construction Phase.
  • Develops the Project Execution Plan which consists of a comprehensive plan on how to deliver the project. Includes a detailed timeline, resource loading, logistics planning, site utilization plan, sequence and phasing of work, quality and safety program.
  • Prepares and manages the project budget (committed cost) and reconciles it with the Engineering Department.
  • Conduct Risk Assessment and propose mitigation plans on how to address the potential issues or problems the project may encounter.
  • Oversees the daily construction operations, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Education
  • Civil Engineering graduate (preferably)
  • Licensed Engineer
  1. Experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience with the position.

  • Exceptional Leadership Skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good in problem solving making sound solutions and action plan.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and excellent time-management skills.
