PROJECT MANAGER – TAGAYTAY

KEY DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Supervises all related work activities being implemented on site (based on approved work sequence, budget, quality, drawings, and methodologies).
  • Interprets and executes works based on approved plans, scope of work, and specifications.
  • Resolves the cause of delay in target schedule and other problems encountered on-site.
  • Coordinates Project requirements such as manpower loading/requirements, materials, and equipment, budget, and procurement requirements to all concerned units.
  • Oversees the project status (schedule and budget) and recommends or implements corrective actions and control measures if needed.
  • Reports to the Project Manager the progress of the project, problems encountered, and actions for proper execution in the project site.
  • Schedules and implements plans construction related works to improve the sequencing of work on-site
  • Coordinates with the project’s design engineers and/or consultants on the technical aspects of the constructive activities.
  • Supervises the payment for materials and accomplishment billings of all suppliers and subcontractors are all met in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate, check, and monitor the project accomplishments and make sure it is within the project’s budget and schedule.
  • Signs and coordinates all permits and documents (Government-required and private regulatory bodies) as a requirement in the construction of buildings.
  • Performs public relations or similar functions for matters concerning the project.
  • Oversees the actual execution of all activities and operations to ensure that all contract requirements are met and are within the scope of work.
  • Monitors the overtime work of all staff and personnel on-site. Ability to coach and mentor workmates/subordinates for continuous improvement as well as work performance.
  • Constantly studying the issued plans and drawings for any conflicts/changes or possible change orders.
  • Implements all environmental, health, and safety rules as well as security regulations within his area of assignment.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering (Preferably with license)
