Evaluates the performance of all subcontractors and suppliers.
Summarizes subcontractor’s/suppliers’ performance and submits the consolidated evaluations to the Planning Engineer for the technical
Updates subcontractors and suppliers list based on awarded POS and JOS and communicates this to the Planning Engineer for the technical closeout.
Responsible for preparing the monthly cost report and EVM of the project based on accruals, actual cost of construction, inventory, and estimate to complete.
Monitors and tabulates all accrual – JO/PO Accrual
Provides costing to inventory submitted by warehouseman according to stocks on hand
Prepares ETC/CTC based on unforeseen/actual items and identifies/verifies actual balance of work (Incidental works, DLP, punch lists & unforeseen
Prepares Monthly Cost Report and EVM based on accruals and actual cost tabulated.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
