Site Architect – (Tagaytay)

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Familiar with general permitting requirements.
• Can handle operation for architectural works.
• Can do Shop Drawing for approval of the designer Responsible for RFA and RFI 6.
• Can evaluate Subcontractor Billing.
• Can provide shop drawing for Subcontractor for implementation.
• Can Read architectural plans Responsible for SUT for architectural.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS- Architecture or any related course.
• Preferably but not required Licensed Architect.
• 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
