Maintaining employee’s health records as well as appraising the safety and health hazards in the work environment.
Classifies employee’s health condition from normal -high risk.
Conduct monthly health seminars.
Join a toolbox meeting and discuss some health tips.
Conduct a thorough physical examination on an employee in order to establish preexisting medical conditions or determine physical ailments acquired in the workplace.
Inspect the work area and equipment for safety compliance.
Educate employees on preventive measure against occupational hazard, promote healthy living and working conditions, provide counseling and support, and develops health and safety policies.
Stores administer and monitor first aid treatment for injuries, accidents, and other health-related illness.
Make a report of any accident/incident in the site using NOT, POI, OI,TOI.
Conduct regular examinations and check-ups of employees.
Ensures effective and efficient implementation of company rules and regulations, quality policies, systems, and procedures.
Prepares reports on maintenance of accurate nursing and medical records and updates client’s case notes.
Do a once a once-a-month walk-through, and audit at the project site, canteen, and barracks of workers.
Monitor’s Subcontractors’ first aid kit.
Document all medical records. Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection control policies, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
Restore and promote the patient’s health by completing the nursing process.
Weekly inventory of medicine to be sent in HO.
Monthly inventory of medicine and medical equipment to be sent to HO.
Assist safety officers with reports needed for accreditation and compliance.
Develop and implement health and safety programs.
Verify fit-to-work clearance in both employees and subcontractors.
Assist employees/subcontractors to the nearest hospital as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor of Nursing.
Must be Registered Nurse.
Proven experience/skills- clinical skills, bedside manner, infection control, nursing skills, physiological knowledge, administering medication, medical teamwork, multi-tasking, listening, verbal communication, health promotion and maintenance.
