The Site Nurse is responsible for providing on-site medical care, promoting health and safety practices, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards in a construction site setting.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first aid treatment to injured workers and coordinate emergency response.
Monitor and maintain health records of all site employees.
Conduct daily health monitoring (e.g., temperature checks, wellness checks).
Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
Maintain and manage the site clinic, including inventory of medical supplies.
Support compliance with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and DOH (Department of Health) regulations.
Conduct health and wellness orientation and training.
Assist in accident/incident investigations from a health perspective.
Provide COVID-19 protocols compliance monitoring (if applicable).
Coordinate with nearby medical facilities for referrals or emergencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the Philippines.
BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training for nurses is an advantage.
Preferably with experience in industrial or construction site nursing.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Willing to be assigned on-site, possibly in remote areas.
