The Structural Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site structural construction activities. This includes ensuring that structural works such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements are constructed according to design specifications, codes, and safety standard. The role involves daily supervision of sub-contractors and workers, coordinating with engineers, ensuring quality control and timely progress.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supervising structural works on construction sites.
Technical Competencies (“Know-how”)
Proficient in reading blueprints and structural plans.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting rebar schedules, formworks drawings, and specifications.
With experience on building with precast panels.
