Responsible for supporting the project in terms of plans and specification to be used at the project site during execution, coordinate updates, revision and concerns t Designer and Consultants.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Construction Activities
Review Structural, Architectural and MEFP Plans to check for possible conflicts and identify possible change in plans.
Coordinate to Project Manager and EDT for permit plan and specification needed for application of Bu9ilding Permit.
Prepare RFA/RFI needed for the project prior to execution.
Assists Project Manager and planning Engineer in preparation of PEP and Methodologies to be used for the project.
Attend Design Coordination meeting with the client and designer for design development.
Construction Phase
Coordinate to site engineers for the updated plans to be used for implementation.
Evaluate and prepare RFA for materials to be used in accordance to technical specification.
Responsible for RFA/RFI/SUT during construction period.
Assist PM, APM, and Supervisor for Plan Review prior to execution discussion of possible conflicts on actual site condition.
Coordinate to Planning Engineer for the Shop Drawing and Methodology during construction.Post Construction
Responsible for submission of As-built plans, coordinate to MEFP Sub-Contractor for the As-built Plan.
In-charge for preparation of project review (Good Practices and Bad Practices in terms of design)
Responsible for the compilation of Approved Shop Drawing that may use as reference for future projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Licensed)
Experience
At least 6 years of experience in Building Construction.
With knowledge and experience in Design.
With completed projects from Start to Finish.
Skills and Competencies
Proficiency n CAAD software, MS Office, and other relevant design software.
